Customer Experience Agent (Voice)

Respond to customer inquiries via phone regarding products, services, pricing, and

company policies

● Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and empathetically

● Provide detailed product/service information including features, benefits, and

availability

● Process customer orders, handle billing, and manage payment transactions

● Update and manage customer accounts with accuracy

● Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies

● Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required

● Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery

● Consistently provide a positive, courteous, and professional customer experience
