Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Customer Experience Executive with D2C experience to be the voice of our brand and deliver a seamless journey for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries across calls, chats, and emails with empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and update records using Excel and CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and close customer concerns.
  • Share customer insights to improve overall experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken & written).
  • Prior experience in customer support for D2C companies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
