Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Customer Experience Executive with D2C experience to be the voice of our brand and deliver a seamless journey for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries across calls, chats, and emails with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and update records using Excel and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and close customer concerns.
- Share customer insights to improve overall experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken & written).
- Prior experience in customer support for D2C companies.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
