- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in Futures & Options (F&O) trading and derivatives markets (mandatory).
- Prior experience in customer support, fintech, or broking operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with tools such as Freshdesk, Exotel, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- High level of accountability and ability to perform under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (6 days per week).
