Responsibilities:
- End to End ownership of customer onboarding cases
- Responsible for checking tags and reverting on time (Slacks/Mails)
- Need to take follow ups actively on the data they are working on
- Maintaining their own excel sheets
- Clear idea on taxonomy and proper mapping of department/sub department - Focus on approving jobs with proper hygiene
- Explaining employers on the purpose of the KYC process
- Context setting on follow up calls
Requirement:
- Candidate must be a Graduate (minimum qualification).
- Candidates must be fluent in English & Hindi (both written and spoken). Understanding of any other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Typing speed (20-25 words/min or more)
- Intermediate Computer knowledge and Excel skills
- Good Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Skills
- Candidates must have 0-2 years of BPO experience in a similar role in a blended process.
- Candidates must have a Laptop/Desktop with proper Wi-Fi & broadband connection (Office / Hybrid / WFH).
- Should be able to join Immediately.
