Responsibilities:

  • End to End ownership of customer onboarding cases
  • Responsible for checking tags and reverting on time (Slacks/Mails)
  • Need to take follow ups actively on the data they are working on
  • Maintaining their own excel sheets
  • Clear idea on taxonomy and proper mapping of department/sub department - Focus on approving jobs with proper hygiene
  • Explaining employers on the purpose of the KYC process
  • Context setting on follow up calls

Requirement:

  1. Candidate must be a Graduate (minimum qualification).
  2. Candidates must be fluent in English & Hindi (both written and spoken). Understanding of any other regional languages will be an added advantage.
  3. Typing speed (20-25 words/min or more)
  4. Intermediate Computer knowledge and Excel skills
  5. Good Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Skills
  6. Candidates must have 0-2 years of BPO experience in a similar role in a blended process.
  7. Candidates must have a Laptop/Desktop with proper Wi-Fi & broadband connection (Office / Hybrid / WFH).
  8. Should be able to join Immediately.
