  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (9-hour shift)
  • Week Off: Sunday

  • Job Responsibilities - Attend and resolve elevator breakdown calls promptly.
  • Escalate critical or recurring issues to the Service Manager.
  • Maintain breakdown logs, service reports, and daily updates.
  • Communicate professionally with customers during breakdown situations.
  • Identify repeated issues and suggest corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with the spare-parts team for required components.
  • Support the preventive maintenance team when needed.
