- Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (9-hour shift)
- Week Off: Sunday

- Job Responsibilities - Attend and resolve elevator breakdown calls promptly.
- Escalate critical or recurring issues to the Service Manager.
- Maintain breakdown logs, service reports, and daily updates.
- Communicate professionally with customers during breakdown situations.
- Identify repeated issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the spare-parts team for required components.
- Support the preventive maintenance team when needed.
