Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive 

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.

- Provide personalized support and solutions to customers.

2. Account Management:- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services.

3. Customer Service:- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support.

4. Sales and Revenue Growth:- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

5. Data Management:- Update customer information and account details in CRM software.

- Track and analyze customer interactions and sales performance.

Skills and Qualifications:1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
