💡 What You’ll Be Doing:

Generating leads via verified pincode cold calling data ☎️

Understanding customer needs & offering tailored property solutions 🏘️

Conducting property site visits 🗓️

Driving deal closures & hitting monthly targets 🎯

Building strong, long-term client relationships 👥

Keeping the CRM pipeline updated 📋

👀 Who Should Apply?

✅ 6 months – 1 year of sales experience (Real Estate / Ed-Tech preferred)

✅ Strong communication & closing skills

✅ Self-driven, target-oriented attitude

✅ Willingness to travel for meetings/site visits

✅ Fluent in English/Hindi/Tamil or local language

📈 Career Growth Highlights:

Quarterly Salary Hikes:

🔹 3 Deals = 10% Hike

🔹 6 Deals = 21% Hike

🔹 9 Deals = 33% Hike

Incentives:

🔸 Up to 5X → 5%
