Previous work Experience - 1 year in any service sector (Preference will be given to BFSI sector)

Job Description -

(1) Will be posted in a branch office as floor manager

(2) Will have to attend all customers who ever visits the branch

(3) Welcome the customer & understand from them for the purpose of visit to the bank

(4) take them to respective section

(5) who are all illitrate / aged - help them to fill the forms etc

(6) Understand all SBI banking operations / understand the organization flow chart / hierarchy of the branch

(7) smooth customer handling - (1) polite (2) Kind enough (3) quick understanding (4) clear communication (5) positive attitude (6) speedy action (7) brisk

(8) All types of coordination work between customer and bank officials

(9) Good floor management
