We are seeking a highly skilled Client Communication Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and its clients. This role is critical in building strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering clear, professional communication across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
• Draft, review, and deliver professional correspondence (emails, proposals, reports, presentations).
• Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met.

• Support client onboarding and training sessions.
