 In this role, you'll be a Customer Champion: 

•Welcome guests at our mystery rooms locations.

•Answer questions.

•Manage bookings and customer queries.

•Provide clear game briefings, and ensure exceptional service throughout their visit.

 Game Master:

•Become an integral part of our team.

•Crafting unforgettable escape room experiences by maintaining props.

•Ensuring a smooth flow throughout the game at your assigned branch.

Do you have the following?

 -Great communication and interpersonal skills

 -A passion for creating memorable experiences

 -The ability to work effectively in a team environment

 -A knack for multitasking and handling end-to-end customer requirements

 More Details:

-Graduated or pursuing graduation is a must.

-Weekends and public holidays will be working days.

-Enjoy a 6 day workweek with 1 rotational off, with the off day scheduled between Monday to Thursday; Friday, Saturday, Sunday are strictly working days. 

-Shifts timings: 2:00pm to 11:00pm and 11 am to 8 pm.

-Job Type: Full time.
