Job Description
Customer Service Executive – Voice (B2B & B2C)Company: ProInfraCompany
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Voice) to handle inbound and outbound calls, book ProInfra services, convert leads, and support both B2B & B2C customers end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound voice calls for service bookings
- Convert leads into confirmed orders (B2C & B2B)
- Coordinate with operations for scheduling & execution
- Provide post-booking customer support and query resolution
- Maintain call updates in CRM and follow up on leads
Preferred Background:
- Experience in NoBroker, Urban Company, Housejoy, or similar platforms
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Target-driven with customer-first approach
Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken English + regional language
- Lead conversion & objection handling
- Basic CRM / call tracking knowledge
Experience: 1–4 years
