Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide information about products/services and assist customers with inquiries.
• Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
• Follow communication scripts and adapt them as needed.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales goals.
• Resolve customer complaints or redirect them to the appropriate department.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience as a Tele caller/Customer Support Executive.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and kannada (spoken) is a must.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Conditions:

• Location:Chamrajpet, Bengaluru.
• Job Type: Full-time (6 days a week).
• Timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
