Customer Support Associate – Key Job Roles & Responsibilities (NoBroker):

1. Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve queries.
2. Provide accurate information about NoBroker services and processes.
3. Track, escalate, and follow up on customer issues for quick resolution.
4. Update CRM/ticketing systems with proper case details and status.
5. Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and SLAs.

🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

📍 Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune

💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹27,000 + Uncapped Incentives (based on experience)
