Customer Support & Inside Sales Executive – Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle Customer Queries: Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and messages to resolve questions about listings, services, and accounts.
2. Support Sales Process: Engage with inbound leads, qualify prospects, and assist in converting them into customers through persuasive communication.
3. Product Guidance: Educate users (owners/renters/buyers) on NoBroker features, plans, and usage to help them choose the right solutions.
4. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve service or account issues with patience and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. CRM & Reporting: Update customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system and report progress to the team.
6. Cross-Team Coordination: Work with operations, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of customer concerns.

🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

📍 Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune

💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 + Uncapped Incentives (based on experience)
