SpecialistRole & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Creating customized travel packages, including flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, activities, and transfers.
2. Handling inbound calls from travel agents and resolving their queries promptly.
3. Making outbound calls to travel agents for onboarding and partnership coordination.
4. Responding to emails from travel agents with accurate and timely information.
5. Managing re-issue requests, cancellations, and refund processes efficiently.
