Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.

Provide personalized support and solutions to customers.

2. Account Management:

Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services.

3. Customer Service:

Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

4. Sales and Revenue Growth:

Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

5. Data Management:

Update customer information and account details in CRM software.

Track and analyze customer interactions and sales performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.

3. Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
