Job Title: CRM Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for a CRM Executive to manage and enhance our relationships with clients, prospects, and partners. You'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective communication, issue resolution, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update customer data in CRM software & Pre Sales Cold Calls

2. Coordinate with clients, designers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution

3. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

4. Identify sales opportunities and support business growth

5. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements

6. Collaborate with design team to ensure customer expectations are met

7. Prepare reports and dashboards on CRM metrics

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in CRM or customer-facing role

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

4. Familiarity with interior design industry preferred

5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
