Customer Relationship Manager

To handle incoming leads, maintain regular follow-ups, communicate with clients, and build long-term relationships for microcement flooring projects in residential and commercial segments.

Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with warm leads generated through marketing/enquiries

Explain basic details of Microcemant flooring to clients

Maintain timely follow-ups until decision closure

Handle existing clients, updates, and post-sales coordination

Maintain customer data, follow-up schedules, and communication records

Ensure professional and friendly communication with B2C & B2B clients

Act as a bridge between clients, site team, and management

Good communication skills

Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
