Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Work From Home)                    

Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Working Hours: 6 hours per day

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Languages Required: Kannada, Hindi, English, Telugu

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team on a remote basis. As a key representative of our brand, you will handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, messages, and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
  • Provide product/service information and assistance
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
  • Document all customer interactions and update records accurately
  • Follow communication scripts and standard procedures when handling different topics
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support retention goals

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Kannada, Hindi,Telugu and English (spoken )
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with communication tools (email, chat apps, etc.)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home
