Role: Customer Relationship Manager (Inbound Calls/Chat)
Location: Hongasandra Bengaluru 560068
Experience : Fresher or Min 1Y experience
Salary : 17,000 to 20,000 Take Home
Education: Graduate or HSC
Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam
Working Days: 5 days per week for voice/ 6 days per week for Semi-voice
Shift : Day or Split (based on business requirement)
Allowances:
Night shift allowance: 1500
Split Shift Allowance : 1500
Overtime pay : 200 per hour
Week off over time : 2000 per day
