Role: Relationship Manager


As a Relationship Manager, you will manage paid customers and help them find the right tenant or house while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a relationship manager for paid customers

  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Understand customer needs and upsell/cross-sell relevant services

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Assist customers in finding suitable tenants/houses

  • Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers

  • Use internal tools to deliver best-in-class service

  • Keep customers updated on account progress

  • Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction


Eligibility & Requirements:


  • Education: Any Undergraduate (BBA, B.Tech, BA, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical & decision-making skills

  • 

Languages:


  • English & Hindi OR

  • English, Hindi & one South Indian language (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Flexible for day shifts (9 hours between 10 AM – 7 PM)

  • Comfortable working 6 days a week (week off on weekdays)
