Job Description
- Sales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and leads
- Promote and sell company products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers
- 🔹 Collection ResponsibilitiesMonitor customer payment schedules and outstanding balances
- Follow up on overdue accounts via calls and visits
- Negotiate repayment terms where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of collections and aging reports
- Reduce delinquency and improve recovery rates
