Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) – Job Description

Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) will be responsible for managing customer interactions from lead follow-up to conversion support, ensuring proper CRM updates, and coordinating with sales, finance, and operations teams. The role requires strong telecalling sales experience and familiarity with ERP/DMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Follow up on leads and support sales conversion

Schedule demos and coordinate with sales team

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM

Update lead status and follow-up notes regularly

Support finance document collection and coordination

Record customer feedback and service follow-ups

Coordinate with operations team for delivery updates

Maintain daily call and conversion reports

System & Tools Responsibilities

Mandatory usage of CRM tool for lead management

Work with ERP/DMS system for customer, sales, and service data updates

Maintain accurate data entry and reporting in the system

Ensure customer lifecycle tracking in CRM/ERP platform

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in automobile sales / telecalling

Strong communication and customer handling skills

Basic computer and CRM software knowledge

Experience working with ERP/DMS systems preferred

Sales-focused mindset with follow-up discipline

Compensation

₹40,000 + Incentives
