Customer Represntative Executive

Designation: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)Department: Operations

• Qualification / Diploma in Electrician (any discipline)

• Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations / Field Operations / Client Handling

• Roles & Responsibilities Ensure 90–95% of assigned clients are visited monthly and 100% clients are tapped (visited or called) for order generation and relationship management.
• Coordinate with the ordering team to identify clients who have not placed orders for more than 2 months and take necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure orders are dispatched on time from CFA and delivered to clients as per schedule.
• In case of delivery delays, immediately inform ROH, who will coordinate with the Logistics Manager.
• Ensure local deliveries are carried out strictly as per the CFA route plan.
• Support the logistics team at locations with entry restrictions or lengthy approval processes to ensure smooth delivery of materials and machines.
• Ensure DEMO machines and materials reach client sites on time.
• Be present during DEMO initiation, especially during tea time, to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle invoice submission, monitor outstanding payments, and ensure proper POD (Proof of Delivery) acknowledgements.
• Update client visit details in the GNB App with accurate and detailed feedback after each client interaction.

• Additional Requirements Candidates must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
