Job Description

We are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic sales professionals who can contribute to our growth by driving customer engagement and achieving sales targets.


  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, chats, walk-ins) from potential customers, providing accurate information on services, pricing, and offers.
  • Make outbound sales calls to generate leads, convert prospects, and upsell services.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure conversions and repeat bookings.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by offering timely support and personalized assistance.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with attractive incentive opportunities.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, leads, and bookings in CRM/software.
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth booking and delivery experiences.
  • Stay updated with new promotions, seasonal offers, and company updates to pitch effectively.
  • Requirements: fresher or Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support (automobile/hospitality industry preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently with a customer-first approach.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude and high energy levels.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
