Job Description
Wowcarz is one of the fastest-growing self-drive car rental companies, dedicated to delivering hassle-free and memorable travel experiences. We are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic sales professionals who can contribute to our growth by driving customer engagement and achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, chats, walk-ins) from potential customers, providing accurate information on services, pricing, and offers.
- Make outbound sales calls to generate leads, convert prospects, and upsell services.
- Proactively follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure conversions and repeat bookings.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by offering timely support and personalized assistance.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with attractive incentive opportunities.
- Keep records of customer interactions, leads, and bookings in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth booking and delivery experiences.
- Stay updated with new promotions, seasonal offers, and company updates to pitch effectively.
- Requirements: fresher or Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support (automobile/hospitality industry preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently with a customer-first approach.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude and high energy levels.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
