*Job Title:* Mass Tort & B2B & B2C Customer Sales Support.(Night Shift, Office-Based)

Location: [Bangalore / BTM Layout ]

We are seeking motivated and experienced Mass Tort & B2B Calling Sales Specialists to join our team for an office-based role. This position is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable working in a US-based calling process.

*Key Responsibilities:*

    •   Conduct outbound calls for mass tort campaigns and B2B processes.

    •    Engage professionally with potential clients and businesses.

    •    Provide information, answer queries, and qualify leads.

    •    Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.

    •    Collaborate with the team to optimize calling strategies.

*Requirements:*

    •    Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.

    •   Experience ( 6 Months to 1 year ) in mass tort or B2B & B2C calling is preferred.

    •    Willingness to work in a night shift (US timings).

    •    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    •    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    •    Prior experience in the US process is a plus.

    •    Must be available to work from our office.
