Job Description
Respond to user refund requests promptly and professionally via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
Manage and resolve support tickets through the backend dashboard and CRM tools.
Track, follow up, and close refund or vending machine service-related queries within defined SLAs.
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and actions taken.
Coordinate with internal operations, finance, and technical teams for issue resolution.
Identify recurring issues and escalate where needed for long-term fixes.
