💼 Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–5 Years) – International Voice Process (UK/US)

💰 Salary Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience & interview performance)

🕐 Timings: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support Team for the UK process. The role involves handling inbound calls from UK customers, resolving their queries efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses
• Resolve customer queries related to the assigned product or service
• Maintain a high level of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism during interactions
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance norms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience:
• Freshers are welcome
• Candidates with 2+ years of experience in International Voice Process (UK/US) are preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Neutral/UK accent preferred)
• Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
