Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator with a technical background, who can efficiently handle customer communication, service coordination, and support activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, have strong communication skills, and be able to manage service-related queries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements, follow-ups, and resolution updates.
• Interact with the technical/service team to schedule service visits and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain customer service records, complaints, and service history in system logs/software.
• Provide basic technical understanding and troubleshooting support to customers (if required).
• Prepare service-related documentation, reports, and assist in billing/closure of service calls.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent support and communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in a technical/engineering background (Preferred: Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic understanding of technical products/services.
• Ability to coordinate with service/operations teams efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
