Job Description
Were looking for an approachable, confident, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to be the face of our business.
In this in-person role, you’ll welcome customers, handle their enquiries, provide information about our products or services, and ensure everyone who visits us has a positive experience.
You’ll represent our brand on the front line — resolving issues, offering guidance, and helping customers find the right solutions quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, ensuring a warm, professional, and approachable manner.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Process transactions, forms, or service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and promotions.
- Support other departments by relaying customer feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Follow company procedures for data protection, safety, and compliance.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, patient, and professional manner when dealing with the public.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High personal presentation standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Good computer literacy (for recording enquiries, using CRM or booking systems).
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service, retail, hospitality, or front-of-house role is preferred.
- Basic IT and administrative skills.
