Job Description

Were looking for an approachable, confident, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to be the face of our business.


In this in-person role, you’ll welcome customers, handle their enquiries, provide information about our products or services, and ensure everyone who visits us has a positive experience.


You’ll represent our brand on the front line — resolving issues, offering guidance, and helping customers find the right solutions quickly and professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person, ensuring a warm, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Process transactions, forms, or service requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and promotions.
  • Support other departments by relaying customer feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Follow company procedures for data protection, safety, and compliance.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional manner when dealing with the public.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High personal presentation standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service, retail, hospitality, or front-of-house role is preferred.
  • Basic IT and administrative skills.
