Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team at Asian Cinema – Majestic, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing queries, ensuring smooth theatre operations, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at ticket counters and entry points

Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and customer queries

Guide guests to their screens and provide necessary information

Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently

Coordinate with internal teams (security, housekeeping, projection)

Ensure clean, safe, and smooth customer movement inside the cinema

Maintain service quality and follow operational procedures

Manage crowd control during peak hours

Support daily operational tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Minimum qualification: -12th pass or any diploma/graduate

Good communication skills (Kannada/Hindi/English preferred)

Customer-handling experience is an added advantage

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Positive attitude, presentable, and team-oriented

Salary --

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
