Job Description
Job SummaryWe’re looking for a customer-focused professional who can handle inbound and outbound interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and deliver a consistently high standard of service. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats with customers
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet defined KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, and resolution time
- Stay updated with product/process knowledge
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple interactions
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
- QualificationsMinimum: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in a BPO / call center is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
