Job SummaryWe’re looking for a customer-focused professional who can handle inbound and outbound interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and deliver a consistently high standard of service. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats with customers
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Meet defined KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, and resolution time
  • Stay updated with product/process knowledge
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple interactions
  • Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
  • QualificationsMinimum: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a BPO / call center is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
