Job Description
Candidates should be ready to handle both Inbound and Outbound Calls
Candidates with Good conversational skills in English Hindi or English Kannada would be preferred.
Attend to calls from customers and provide the solutions over the call & capture the required details and register the complaints.
Reconfirm the appointments which is scheduled & should be ready to do feedback calls to customers who have availed the service.
Should have basic computer knowledge.
Day Shifts with rotational week offs.
