Candidate Requirements

 Qualification: Minimum 2nd PUC / Graduate / Postgraduate

 Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

 Versant Score: 4 to 6 (Voice Assessment)

 Work Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

Job Role & Responsibilities

 Handle customer queries via inbound and outbound calls

 Escalate complex queries to appropriate departments if required

 Adhere to company policies and performance metrics Work Schedule

 Shifts:

o Males: Rotational shifts (24/7)

o Females: Day shifts only

 Working Days: 6 days a week

 Weekly Off: Rotational (no fixed off) Salary & Benefits

 Take Home Salary: ₹20,000 per month

 Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
