Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can help customers by answering their questions, solving their problems, and giving correct information about our products or services. The main goal is to make sure customers are happy and get proper support.



Key Responsibilities:

Solving Problems: Help customers with any issues or complaints and try to solve them quickly. If needed, share the issue with another team.

Giving Information: Provide clear and simple details about products, services, or orders.

Keeping Records: Write down customer details and actions taken correctly, following company rules.



Skills and Qualifications:

Communication: Should be able to talk in English and Hindi. Knowing any other local language is an added advantage.

Problem Solving: Able to find easy and quick solutions to customer problems.

Teamwork: Work well with others and share information when needed.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of using a computer.

Education: Should have a Bachelor’s degree. Freshers can also apply.


Languages Required: English and Hindi (must know). Any other local language is a plus.

Working Details: Office-based job with regular working hours. Rotational shifts and rotational week offs.


Salary:

₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 (based on performance).
