Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution when necessary.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information in the database during and after each call or correspondence.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, shipping, and product development to ensure seamless customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
