Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
  1. Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution when necessary.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Update customer information in the database during and after each call or correspondence.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments such as sales, shipping, and product development to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
