We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for our Domestic Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Assist customers with queries, complaints, or service-related issues.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information as required.
• Follow communication scripts and adhere to process guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or relevant department.
• Meet daily/weekly performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards.
