Job Description
Attending of incoming calls, E-mails and WhatsApp Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Update all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of issues and good communication and Ability to multi-task.
Need to achieve individual AHT, login hours, production hours and quality score target on monthly basis.
Need to be on regular follow-up calls with customer for the complaints up to customer satisfaction.
