  • Participate in discussions about product development based on customer insights.
  1. Collaboration:

  • Work with the production team to understand product availability and timelines.
  • Communicate customer needs and concerns to the production and design teams to enhance product offerings.

  • Stay updated on new products and company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
