Customer Service Representative

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound customer calls professionally,
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions,
• Maintain proper call documentation and CRM updates,
• Adhere to quality,
• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience
• Meet daily productivity and quality KPIs

Requirements:

• Graduate Freshers are eligible
• OR Non-Graduates with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Fluent verbal communication in Hindi & English
• Mandatory proficiency in any ONE regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Willingness to work from office (HSR Layout location)
