Summary

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join Miror Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, supporting patients, and promoting Miror’s healthcare products and services with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers/patients to promote Miror’s healthcare products and services.

·        Provide accurate and detailed product information, address customer queries, and deliver high-quality service with empathy and understanding.

·        Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

·        Execute and manage WhatsApp and email marketing activities.

·        Record, update, and maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and feedback in the system.

·        Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support patient engagement.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer experience.

 

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; candidates with healthcare-related qualifications or experience will be preferred.

·        3–5 years of experience in customer service, inbound/outbound calling roles; healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive ability.

·        Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

·        Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
