Job Description

Languages Required: Basic English + Any South Indian Language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam)

Salary: ₹12,777 Fixed + OT ₹2,000 + Incentives up to ₹50,000

This role is customer support + sales combined. You talk to customers, solve their banking queries, and upsell banking products where required. The job demands consistency, patience, communication skills, and discipline. Anyone expecting a “just sit and talk” job will struggle. People who enjoy hitting numbers and earning incentives will do extremely well.



3. Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and assist with bank account / card / loan related queries

• Provide accurate information about bank services, charges, and policies

• Maintain customer satisfaction while keeping call time optimal

• Pitch and sell banking products (credit cards, insurance, loans, accounts) based on customer profile

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets — non-negotiable

• Maintain records in CRM without errors

• Ensure compliance with RBI and bank guidelines

• Follow scripts, quality instructions, and reporting structures

• Participate in daily huddles, training, and performance reviews

• Work on improvement plans if performance drops

• Basic English + fluency in any South language

• Clear speaking voice and ability to explain confidently

• Ability to handle pressure — targets are hard, not relaxed

• Good listening skills and objection-handling

• Fast learner — products and policies change every month

• Discipline with attendance and behavior

6. Salary & Earnings


Component Amount

Fixed Salary ₹12,777

OT Up to ₹2,000

Incentives Up to ₹50,000 (performance-based)


Earnings depend on effort. Average performers take home around 15–18k. Top performers go above 35–50k. If you want high earnings, you must sell — no shortcut.



7. Work Structure

• 6 days working

• 1 rotational weekly off (not Saturday/Sunday guaranteed)

• Day shifts

• Opportunity to move into permanent banking roles after consistent 6–12 month performance
