We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to help drive user adoption and engagement on our application. The role focuses on connecting with users who have signed up but are not actively using the app, understanding their challenges, resolving queries, and guiding them to successfully use the product.

This is a conversion-focused role where your goal is to turn inactive or low-usage users into active users through conversations, follow-ups, and support.


What You’ll Do


  • Make follow-up and reactivation calls to registered but inactive users
  • Engage with new and existing users via calls, chat, or messages
  • Understand user doubts, issues, and barriers to usage
  • Guide users on how the application works and its key benefits
  • Resolve basic queries or coordinate with internal teams for support
  • Drive user activation, engagement, and repeat usage
  • Maintain records of user feedback and interactions
  • Key Success MetricsUser activation rate
  • Re-engagement of inactive users
  • Conversion from sign-up to active usage
  • User satisfaction and issue resolution
