Role Summary:
As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle incoming calls, understand customer needs, and resolve their issues politely and efficiently. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and help build trust in Zolo’s services.
- Key Responsibilities:Answer customer calls and respond to queries quickly and clearly.
- Log details and update information accurately in the system.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and find simple solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Follow communication and service guidelines to maintain quality standards.
- Keep a positive tone and ensure every customer has a good experience.
- Skills & Traits:Clear and confident communication (English and Hindi preferred).
- Good listening skills and calm attitude while handling calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of 35–40 WPM.
- Patience and problem-solving ability under pressure.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and eagerness to learn.
