Looking for an exciting opportunity in Customer Support? We are hiring Customer Support Associates for our team in Bangalore.

📍 Location: Near Silk Board, Bangalore

💼 Designation: Customer Support Associate

💰 Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Up to ₹5.5 LPA for candidates from Aviation & Hospitality background)

📌 Eligibility 

❌ No Freshers

🎓 Qualification: Graduation

🗣 Languages: English + Hindi (V5)

⏰ Shift & Work Details

• 6 Days working (Work from Office)

• 1 Rotational Week Off

• Male: Should be willing to work in Night Shift

• Female: 8 AM – 8 PM (9 hours including breaks)

• Transport: No cab facility (Candidates need to manage their own transport)

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls and emails

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

• Provide timely updates and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

📝 Interview Process (1 Day – Face to Face)

• TA Screening

• Mettl Assessment (Cut-off: B2 / C1 / C2)

• Behavioural Assessment

• Hiring Manager Interview
