Job Description
- andle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding service bookings, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Assist customers with service reminders, appointment scheduling, and updates on vehicle status.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and escalate issues to the concerned department when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and update service records regularly.
- Coordinate with service advisors, workshop teams, and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Manage complaint logs and ensure timely closure of issues.
- Support in sending reminders for insurance renewals, service due dates, and promotional campaigns.
