Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in-Kapture App, email, or messaging platforms.
- Provide accurate information about Snabbit’s services, policies, and processes.
- Handle order-related queries including booking assistance, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
- Identify and resolve customer issues with empathy, ensuring a positive and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, various stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the Kapture system.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve service quality and user experience.
- Stay updated on new features, promotions, and service offerings.
- Uphold Snabbit’s brand voice and deliver exceptional service in every interaction.
