Key Responsibilities


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in-Kapture App, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about Snabbit’s services, policies, and processes.
  • Handle order-related queries including booking assistance, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues with empathy, ensuring a positive and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, various stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the Kapture system.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve service quality and user experience.
  • Stay updated on new features, promotions, and service offerings.
  • Uphold Snabbit’s brand voice and deliver exceptional service in every interaction.
