Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Inbound Customer Support Team. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers with queries, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer queries and concerns with a positive approach
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information
• Follow company policies and quality standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
• Language Requirement (Mandatory):English + Hindi
• English + Tamil

Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills.
