Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle student queries, verify incoming leads, qualify prospects, and provide excellent service desk support. This role involves both voice and chat communication, ensuring seamless assistance and a great experience for learners and prospects. Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Service Desk  Handle student queries via phone, chat, email, and WhatsApp.  Provide accurate information regarding courses, schedules, fees, and platform usage.  Resolve issues related to enrollment, LMS access, classes, and certifications.  Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams.
