Job Description
We are currently hiring enthusiastic, customer-centric professionals for the Flipkart Voice Process. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for individuals who are passionate about communication and delivering exceptional customer service for one of India’s leading e-commerce brands.
Role Overview As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound voice calls. Your primary focus will be resolving customer queries, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally via voice calls
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain Flipkart’s service quality and compliance standards
- Update call logs and maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and closure
- Achieve performance metrics related to attendance, quality, and productivity
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or above
- At least 1 year of work experience in any domain
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹26,000 per month
- Take-Home Salary: ₹22,000 per month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹3,500 per month
- Performance Incentives: Earn up to ₹80,000 per month based on KPIs
