Job Description

We are currently hiring enthusiastic, customer-centric professionals for the Flipkart Voice Process. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for individuals who are passionate about communication and delivering exceptional customer service for one of India’s leading e-commerce brands.


Role Overview As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound voice calls. Your primary focus will be resolving customer queries, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally via voice calls
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain Flipkart’s service quality and compliance standards
  • Update call logs and maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and closure
  • Achieve performance metrics related to attendance, quality, and productivity

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or above
  • At least 1 year of work experience in any domain
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Salary & Benefits:

  • CTC: ₹26,000 per month
  • Take-Home Salary: ₹22,000 per month
  • Attendance Bonus: ₹3,500 per month
  • Performance Incentives: Earn up to ₹80,000 per month based on KPIs
